Halima Jalloh is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Victory Accounting & Financial Services LLC. With more than 15 years of professional experience, Halima leads a results-driven team that provides audit, tax, and financial advisory services to government agencies, private, and nonprofit organizations. Her expertise spans financial statement preparation, audits, internal controls, nonprofit tax compliance, and federal regulatory frameworks, including GAAS, GAGAS, FedGAAP, and OMB guidance. She has worked with high-profile engagements for agencies such as USAID, USDA, DOT, DOL, HUD, and the U.S. Courts, consistently delivering results that meet federal standards and client expectations. She began her career at KPMG International, where she gained foundational experience in assurance services and corporate audit.
